Our Policy
STUDIO POICIESCHOOSING A PROGRAM
The age recommendations for Kindermusik programs have been carefully chosen to best group children in an age and developmentally appropriate way. Therefore, it is important that your child be at least the minimum age by the start of the program in which you are enrolling. Please note that these ages are guidelines only and each child is assessed individually to determine where they would be best suited
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS AND PUPIL FREE DAYS
Music at the Playroom does not hold any classes on Public Holidays (unless arranged) but we do teach on Pupil Free Days.
MAKE UP LESSONS
Each student is given a maximum of 2 make up lessons per term for any lessons missed.
Make up days do not accrue and must be used by the end of term. Any unused make up lessons will be forfeited at the end of each term.
There are weekly make up lesson positions available throughout the term. These will be the only sessions for the term, no additional sessions will be scheduled. Please ensure you attend one of the available sessions, so you do not forfeit any missed lessons.
CANCELATION & REFUNDS
Refunds or credits are given ONLY for extenuation circumstances.
All refund requests must be made in writing and will be considered on an individual basis.
